What Will Make Your Days Exciting as a Sales Coordinator at Bumper to Bumper:

• Build and manage our internal sales communication within the Microsoft Office platform ;
• Assisting customers with inquiries, requests, and complaints ;
• Assisting sales representatives with preparing sales presentations, proposals, and quotations ;
• Compiling and analyzing sales data to generate reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer preferences ;
• Assist in coordination of onboarding and offboarding of strategic accounts ;
• Collaborating with other departments, such as marketing, finance, and customer service, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives ;
• Coordinate sales meetings, conference calls, appointments, and regional events ;
• Updating customer databases and maintaining accurate records of sales transactions ;
• Serving as a point of contact between the sales team, customers, and other departments within the organization ;
• Responding to inquiries and providing assistance as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent ;
• Experience of 5 years in similar role ;
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office ;
• Specifically: Sharepoint, Powerpoint, Outlook, Planner, and Forms ;
• The ability to collaborate and work effectively as part of a team ;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills ;
• Strong organizational skills for managing multiple tasks ;
• A customer-centric mindset for providing excellent service and support to customers.
